Summer’s warmth brings the year’s bounty.

From strawberries to tomatoes, summer offers such a wide variety of delicious treats. You can spend your day buying lettuces at the farmers market, fresh fish off the dock or picking your own blueberries in the field.

Locally farmed salad greens, shaved carrot, beets, radish & blueberries, fresh herb vinaigrette

Seared Qualicum Bay scallop, cantaloupe, vanilla bean oil, scallions

Spinach and arugula salad with peppered goat cheese, strawberries, double smoked bacon dressing

Mains

Fennel dusted pacific halibut, beluga lentils, vodka braised tomatoes

Cold salad of zucchini & cucumber “pasta”, roasted corn & peppers, Dungeness crab, garlic oil

Grilled ribeye steak basted in fresh herb butter, new potatoes, green & yellow beans

Desserts

Buttermilk panna cotta drizzled with local honey, raspberries and rose water

Dark chocolate & cherry clafoutis

Lemon curd tartlettes, strawberries, pistachios
