Winter is the time we hibernate.

We eat more braised, rich foods and satisfy ourselves with jars of fruits preserved from the heights of the past year.

Prawn escabeche with red onion, garlic, carrot & artichokes served over long grain rice

Lamb shanks in a roasted tomato sauce, soft polenta, garlic rapini

Brown sugar cake with vanilla bean citrus compote
